I'd like to upgrade my Video Card from HD 5670

700W (may upgrade this also not sure)
ATI HD 5670 1gb
XP 64 (planning to upgrade to Windows 7)
8 gigs of ram
1TB HD
AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 925 2.81 GHz
Gigabyte 870A-UD3 Motherboard

I'd like to upgrade my video card I am also considering doing the same to my Processor to perhaps AMD Phenomn II X6

my budget is $500-600(for the video card) I'd appreciate any kind of help I can get :)  as i know insanely little about them other than following step by step instructions to install.

If you have that kind of money to work with, you're looking to game with it and are running with resolutions of 1080p or higher, I'd recommend a GTX 580... But it depends on what kind of power supply you have.

Then I'd use the money you have left to upgrade the PSU to a Corsair 750 or 850W and you're good to go with the 580. That will be a great setup.
