Hello,
I just bought a new pc and need to get a new vid card to go with it. I have an old Nvidia 8600 GT in my old pc and am looking for something roughtly the same size (so that it fits in my case) only better. I am looking for something around the 150 range if possible. Thanks

BTW my new pc is a HP Pavilion p6813w. It has a AMD Athlon II X4 645 3.1 ghz processor with 6 gig ram and 1 tb memory. I think its a good upgrade from my old pc with a pentium D single core 3.06 with 2 gig ram and maybe half the memory. Any and all advice is much appreciated. BTW i have a 500w psu that i am taking out of the old pc and put into this one in a few days if that helps with the psu im gonna have in it

I need a new video card as well ubercake, I have this power supply:

http://kingwin.com/products/cate/power_supplies/mk_750.asp

MK Black Series 750 Watt Power Supply, Intel i7 920 3ghz OCed, 8gb ddr3 1333

I have a low brow Radeon HD 3650 256mb ddr2 now, so I would love a bigggg upgrade so I can actually game and everything haha.

My budget is around $300, looking at a little less than $300, looking at the GTX 560 ti series most likely.

You should start your own thread...

That being said, you can get a GTX 570 for right around $300 and a little less after rebates:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162075&cm_re=gtx_570-_-14-162-075-_-Product

Nothing is better at that price point.
