Administrator rights installing netgear wireless card windows 98se

This may not sound like very kind advice but any machine running 98 is pretty old by now given that it was superseded at least 11 years ago.

Also wireless networking on 98 is a pain.

My advice, add some memory to the machine and find a copy of XP.

If you have an XP install CD start the install from the CD, there shouldn't be any issue over Administrator rights then.
