Help needed ...

hi friends,
I have two G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (F3-12800CL9S-4GBXL) at hand and want to buy Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3 Motherboard for my mid tower cabinet. My proccy is Phenom II 955BE and my cabinet is limited to uATX mainboards.
Will this mainboard support the above mentioned memory module ?
