I just set up a new build of my PC as:

Asus P8Z68 Deluxe Motherboard,
CPU: Intel 2nd GN core i7 2600K
Ram: G Skill 16GB
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master V8
PCIE: MSI AMD 6870 Graphics Card
Casing: Lian Li PC 7FNW case

After I have over clock it from 3.5mhz to 4.6mhz, the temperature rich to 70 dregee C with
full load, please have some comments?
I was thinking change the CPU cooler and gave some option, What type of CPU is better?

Thanks.

If you're willing to spend close to $80 then go with Noctua NHD-14 or thermalright silver arrow or even NZXT Havik 140...all 3 of these are better than presealed liquid coolers because they literally make 30-50% less noise for the same price and have slightly better performance. Another option is to stick with what you have because 70C isn't the end of the planet...and when you say full load did you mean Prime95? If so thats the worse case situation and not likely to happen so you will be below 70C
