Looking for s simple $50 Micro-ATX tower

I am looking for a simple Micro-ATX tower with a rear 120 mm fan that will fit a Hyper 212+ at about $50.
The Cooler Master Elite 341 was PERFECT for my needs but is no longer available:

Fractal Design's Arc Mini would also work but it's double the price, so no go.

Any other suggestions?

Love the cooler master style - Looks awesome and its cheap, and solid, with a bit of mesh design to keep a bit cooler.

What about the Cooler Master Elite 430 RC-430-KWN1 it a bit cheaper on Amazon, I am currently considering it for a secondary micro-atx build, but you would have to buy a 120mm fan for the rear or move the one from the front!

With a width of 7.50 inches it "should" fit the Hyper 212+.
