Intel DP55WG and Zalman CNPS9900 Max cooler

I have a Intel DP55WG motherboard and want to replace the stock CPU cooler with a Zalman CNPS9900 Max cooler. For reference: I am running 4 sticks of Kingston ValueRam (12 gigs in total) and have a HIS Radeon HD5850 in an Antec 902 case.

My question is whether I would have any space issues with the new cooler?

  1. according to the zalman website it should fit (it fits all 1156 mobos). Its supposed to face sideways so the fan blows towards the back of the case so the ram shouldnt be an issue.
