I personaly am not a big fan of MSI boards and I would actualy like for you to find a combo deal with the Asus board and the 3560K as that would be the best combo deal and performing duo. If you go with the 2500k and the Z-68 Asus board you'll be going with last years technology even though that combination is a very good one and would actualy still be a good performing set it would be up to you if you wanted to go with that deal.
The better deal is the 3570K and the MSI board since it's newer tech and should perform good for you.

Don't buy the combo :\ You could do much better individually. Get a 3570K from newegg for 229 and something like a Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H for $154

Total - $383 - Win win?

Nothing wrong with MSI board. But gigabyte mobo is better for overclocking and much durable. I say go with gigabyte one. Better overclocker.
