Help me find a compatible mobo

Hi guys,
I'd like to get this processor:

And need a compatible mobo.
I'll be doing video processing with After Effects CS6 and Premiere Pro CS6 - if it makes any difference. Speed is key, I'm really not sure what role the mobo will play in that.
My video card is an nVidia GTX 470.

What's your budget?
You could do well with these motherboard -

Pick whatever you like - All three are great motherboard.
I'd go with the ASUS if I had to make that decision. Asus boards are rock solid and have never given me ANY trouble whatsoever.
