Please help graphics card needed for a 300 watt psu

whell i need a graphics card, nothing expensive, just one that can run fairly simple games, so it can be old.
i know i dont have a lot of options, with my specs.

the psu is an atx 300 12z cdr
.....................300w max
......................19amp on the 12v line
the slot is a pci express x16

i will mostly be running small game emulators, and i need something that dosent use my ram and cpu, like onboard

something in the 10- 40 $$ range (ebay)

or

8400 GS only uses 2.2a at full load so it should be fine. And either card would work the same, they are pretty much identical other than brand name.
