Best budget motherboard for the AMD FX-6200

Firstly, I've never built before so I don't know everything, please excuse me if I make nooby mistakes

I'm going to be building with an FX-6200 (please don't tell me to get Intel, I'm on a budget), and I want a cheap motherboard that has these features:

SATA-III (6gb/s)
USB3
AM3+ Support (obviously)

What I'm asking basically, is for any recommendations, other things I need to look for, and motherboards and features to stay away from

Looks good, costs £60 in England which is ok. For £10 less I could be getting the Asrock 970DE3/U3S3 or the Gigabyte SKT-AM3+ 970A-DS3 which also have SATA-III and USB3 and advertise themselves as being AM3+ boards. What do I loose/gain for the £10. I might try a bit of overclocking but nothing major.
