After my machine boots up and I load up OE and IE and use my printer. I have for my resources about 74 percent free. I know that is low but will I notice it? I have 256 meg pc133 cas2 crucial ram and p3 550e@733. I don't understand why my resources get this low. what the hell are they used for anyway?
