When i tight clip of heat sink cpu not working

Why my pc did not boot when i tight heat sink with clips on Cpu.While it boots up when i open clips and loose heat sink.in this way heat sink did not press Cpu.Fan is working well.please solve this problem

Maybe your tightening it much. You only need to tighten the fan/heat sink just enough. You don't won't to tighten it to much because it could put to much pressure on the CPU.

You do need pressure, but overtightening is possible. With a problem like this, err on the side of looseness. Get it as tight as you can so that it still works.

Yes it does but to much can cause problems. Thats why they tell you to do a crisscross cross when screwing the pins on Intel Fan/heatsinks. Screwing in one side all at one could put to much pressure on one side of the CPU and could cause problems.
