a new corsair a70 vs a used Be Quiet Dark Rock Advanced CPU Cooler. what cooler is best? the a70 is £5 more but its new!

The Corsair A70 is pretty nice. I have it on my i7 970. Keeps it very cool, and the noise is ok. I have it set so it always keeps the fan at 1600RPM. At that speed it isn't silent but I can't hear it while using the computer (possibly I don't notice it because it isn't constantly changing speeds like most CPU fans do).
