Is this intel r g33 etc. a graphics card or is it part of my motherboard?

It is a chipset and it is most likely soldered into the motherboard.

Tlhanks for the imformation. I had my pc worked on and he took my Radeon card and left this. Said it was a card, I think I was taken. Won't go back there.
