Last response: in Motherboards

Hello all,

In May of this year I purchased the below motherboard:

ASUS M5A99X EVO AM3+ AMD 990X SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

Unfortunately, last week, the Ethernet port went bad. It also isn't recognizing the RealTek drivers anymore. I tried to add another card and it wouldn't work. Tried a wireless adapter and it wouldn't work. Can anyone assist? I would like to be back online by Wednesday due to work.

What do you mean the new card didn't work? install the driver? I had the same problem a few months ago and bought an intel network card from amazon with next day shipping, around $40. Plug it in and it just work, worth every penny.

I installed the driver (the card was from Netis). I may just have to go and buy the intel one i guess. Just frustrated with this whole process.
