What do you think?

I'm planning to buy a Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H motherboard priced at 60 euro (70 us dollar) second hand. Is this a good deal/motherboard for a i7 3770k processor, vertex 4ssd, hd 7950 gpu.
Please let me know if i should get this board or find a better one. I am not planning to overclock or whatsoever.
ps- I'm trying to get 5000 or more points in passmark rating any advise would be appreciated.
