Best cpu air cooler for inwin dragon rider

I'm looking for the best air cooler I can find to fit in the inwin dragon rider case without removing the side fan I believe it needs to be under 150mm.
this is for an up coming build the rest of the parts are

I Use the Zalmans CNPS11 Extreme, idol temps of the 2500k (stock) around 20 degrees centigrade, under load in the low to mid 30's. Very light, easy to install and offers performance in the Noctua DH14 which is massive, heavy and looks stupid.

from the details page on new egg for the hyper 212+

120 x 79.7 x 158.5 mm (L x W x H) The cooler needs to be shorter than 150mm
the 212+ is a great cooler but at 158.5mm tall it is to big.

the zalman is 154mm tall so it is also to large

The Zalmans a POS and just leave the side panel off you case.
