Heh guys, when you do finally answer her question, I sure
would like a quickie email on this.
I change my desktop icons but they do not hold on reboot.
I only have this problem on 1 of three PCs all running XP
home and I can't seem to find the sticky little snag.

Is there somewhere a selection to tell XP to NOT reset to
defaul icons?
- - this is when I change icon on My PC, Network and
Recycle bin
