Mobo beep while playing game then program not responding every time.

PC stats=
PSU- Kentek 850w power supply
GPU- HIS HD RADEON 6670 1GB DDR5
CPU- INTEL CORE 2 DUO @3GHZ
MOBO- I dont know but it's made by Lenovo


PROBLEMS.
Whenever i start a game i get a short beep from my mobo then approxamatly 1-5 seconds after that i freeze up, But sometimes i dont freeze.I'm thining this is a power issue because i have all my gpu drivers up to date and i checked my temperatures and my gpu never gets above 60*C. Also when the beep happens i get a sudden spike in temperature liek 5-8 degrees in a second. my Ram is good i've tested it with memtest about 30 times LOL.

Please help me i am new to the whole computer world and how everything works.
Tell me what you think could fix this problem.

check if everything is well seated on the motherboard cable ,memory stick and power to the graphic card
