Quiet Case Fan

I am in search of some extremely quiet case fans. Everything else is supposed to be silent, but my three fans produce a lot of noise. Does anyone has any suggestions on good, silent case fans that actually do work?

I found some fans at Best Buy by Antec. They are extremely quiet but they don't really push as much air as my other fans either.

I pull mine out of old power supplies. High quality units tend to have quite fans, especially the undersized OEM power suppies used in name brand computers. I have enough of them here to compare them. Fan noise is dictated by three things-speed, bearing qualtiy, and blade design. So a fan of superior design can have both good output and low noise.
