Hi my pc is old and i wanting to know how i can upgrade it to make it faster for playing games, some games i try and play are slow and laggy and i want to be able to play them wellm i was just wondering maybe for christmas i could buy a new part to impove it, but i was wondering which part would help improve my pc the most, a new graphics card or a new cpu, here is the ones i have at the moment.
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ (2 CPUs) ~2.2GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
they are my specs at the moment, and i came here hoping someone would help me out and let me know which will help improve my pc the most, it would aslo be amazing if someone could give me a hand and let me know which ones would work on my computer too, because known my luck ill buy a new part and it wont work on my pc, i dont have an idea of which to buy because there are many so im hoping someone could give me a hand, thanks in advance
