Which one of these 2 setups should i choose ?

Hey guys.
I was wondering which one of these 2 setups would you guys recommend for my needs ?

1st
CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K
GPU: Sapphire HD 6850
Memory: Excelram 8 GB(2x4 GB) 1600 MHz
Case: CM 690 II Basic
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P67-D3 B3
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint 1 TB F3 HD103SJ
Cooler: CM Hyper 212+

2nd

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition
GPU: MSI GTX 560 Ti Hawk Twin Frozr III
Memory:Kingston 4 GB 1600 MHz
Motherboard: Asus M5A97
Case: CM 690 II Basic
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint 1 TB F3 HD103SJ
Cooler: CM Hyper 212+

Here is what i am going to do on my PC.
I will play sometimes a few games like GTA IV, GTA San Andreas, NFS MW, TES IV Oblivion
I will play them @ 1920x1080 resolution with all settings at MAX
But what will i mostly do is have alot of movies, cartoons so i can watch them and make some HD Youtube Poops
Sometimes i will also record my ingame footage and then render it in HD also
So yeah that's what i will do mostly sometimes play games sometimes make funny videos sometimes edit some pictures to make it look funny
I don't know which one of those 2 setups to choose since i'm really confused because the 1st one is better for video rendering and image editing while the 2nd one is better for gaming.
So that is why i am confused
So that is why i am asking you guys to help me out here
And also don't recommend me something other for these 2 setups, just recommend me which one you think is better for my needs

Got to be the Intel at this point,
I'm sure folks after me will link benchies etc screaming why, but the 2500k is THE chip atm, at least until we see what bulldozer brings, but from those two builds, Intel mate
