Hi there i've come for help for my friend.
His computer wont boot.
When he turns it on it gets to:
memory testing: 3144704k
Installed memory: 3145728k
And then stall's it wont go past that.
He's tried testing the ram a stick at a time and nothing.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Also mentioning your system specs would help. My crystal ball is broken.

Chances are his hard drive has gone bad either its dead or bad sectors preventing boot, although it could be a virus that wiped out the data anyways you will need a bootcd to test his hard drive free one either ubcd4win or bartpe custom build ubcd4win has everything you will need.

Does the hard drive show up in bios? if not it died.
