A good cheap nvida card.

I wanted a good gamign card, and was thinking anout the EVGA nVidia GeForce 9800GT 1gb But I wanted to see if there was something better that I could afford. Please suggest some things that meet this criteria:
Is Nvida (My Chip Set Is Nvida)
Can be used with a power supply that cost about 30-50$
Is compatable with pci express x16 1.0
Good for gaming
Pegatron Corporation 3.02 Motherboard compatable
Any Ideas?

You haven't said how much you can afford to spend on the card...

And do you already have the 30-50 dollar power supply or will you be buying a new one?

Also it doesn't matter what your chip set is, Nvidia cards work no better or worse on NVIDIA/AMD chipsets, and vice versa.
