Was thinking of either

ASUS P8B75-M LX, Socket-1155
(m-ATX, B75, DDR3, 1xG3-PCIe-x16, SATA 6Gb/s, USB 3.0, 1xPCI, VGA, DVI, UEFI)

or

MSI B75MA-P45, Socket-1155
(m-ATX, B75, DDR3, 1xG3-PCIe-x16, SATA 6Gb/s, USB 3.0, VGA, DVI, UEFI)

The asus one is a little cheaper, and since I've already bought an asus graphics card, I'm leaning towards the P8B75-M.

Any Ideas?

Check out the MSI H77MA-G43 very decent board. H77 chipset. support up to 32gb ddr3 1600mhz, socket 1155, 2 x Pci-e. Great price for this board :D

Both seem like good little boards. I'd say personal preference. Take into account what you need, and what you will be using the board for. I agree with Perd, look into the 77 as well. Better chipset at a solid price point.

And does a better chipset mean actually?
Pretty green here. It doesn't cost that much more than the other two, but if I don't need it, then why buy something more expensive right?

A better chipset will improve the speed and efficiency of communication between your components and your CPU.

So I might as well go for the ASUS P8H77-I? Doesn't it have the same chipset as the MSI H77MA-G43?

It's cheaper as well

Yes, Same chipset. If the ASUS has all of the connections for the stuff you plan to plug into it than it seems like a logical choice. I've never had any issue with ASUS.
