ASUS P8B75-M LX, Socket-1155 (m-ATX, B75, DDR3, 1xG3-PCIe-x16, SATA 6Gb/s, USB 3.0, 1xPCI, VGA, DVI, UEFI)
MSI B75MA-P45, Socket-1155 (m-ATX, B75, DDR3, 1xG3-PCIe-x16, SATA 6Gb/s, USB 3.0, VGA, DVI, UEFI)
The asus one is a little cheaper, and since I've already bought an asus graphics card, I'm leaning towards the P8B75-M.

Check out the MSI H77MA-G43 very decent board. H77 chipset. support up to 32gb ddr3 1600mhz, socket 1155, 2 x Pci-e. Great price for this board
Both seem like good little boards. I'd say personal preference. Take into account what you need, and what you will be using the board for. I agree with Perd, look into the 77 as well. Better chipset at a solid price point.
