im on a LAN with an internet connection through proxy-server
how can i see users try to log on my pc, and deny them access?i have no shared folders, but still my pc is shown on the network.Just need a way to make sure noone on the network is intruding my PC (i use the firewall to prevent intruding from the internet)

If you have no shared files or folders, you have nothing to worry about.

To demonstrate this, just go to any other PC on the LAN and double click on your workstation. Any files or folders setup will be visible at this point. Double click any of them to see if you get an "Access denied" message. If so, you are protected, if not, you'll know where to look to engage security.
