GPU Boost and EPU switches?

I am installing a P8Z77-V LK, and it has switches for GPU Boost and EPU. Should I leave these off or turn them on?

What does the owners manual say about the GPU boost?
The GPU boost is the LucidLogix Virtu Universal MVP and when set up will give you a 60% boost from the intergrated graphics chip on the cpu but you have to set that up in the bios and it's not just from the flip of a switch.
EPU is an energy power saving feature so you would have to decide if you want that.
