PSU buzzing noise @ connection

So I've recently noticed that my PSU makes a soft electrical buzzing noise that you can hear if you get close to where the PSU is connected to the plug thing. I was just wondering if this is normal because this is a 3 week old power supply.

It is not an uncommon problem if you google PSU coil whine. Quality PSU's are less likely to have it and people have successfully RMA'd them for that reason.
