when iam instaling 3dmax animation software i had a message "sse2 required"

motherboard--agp8x

processor --amd sempron 2200+

ram --ddr-1 1.5 gb

os --windows 7







how cen i update my system

The SSE2 instruction set was introduced on AMD systems in 2003 with athlon64 and opteron CPU's looks like your system is one generation (socket A) before that and the only way for you is to upgrade! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SSE2

The Sempron 2200+ (socket A) does not support SSE2, it only supports SSE.

You will need to buy a new computer because there are no Socket A CPUs that supports SSE2. AMD incorporated SSE2 starting with the Socket 774 CPUs and they are not compatible with Socket A.

Even if that processor had sse2 3ds max would absolutely crawl on that system...

In short you need a new computer as SSE2 is a part of the processor, you can't update it without a new motherboard/cpu, than you will need new ram too.
