How to boot pc from lan

hello,
i want to boot PC through LAN card. PC is without Hard disk.so please help me. i have server 2003 and i want to boot windows x p on clients PC.

You need to setup a PXE boot server.

Google it as there are different ways to do it depending on what you want.
