New Gaming computer

Hello everyone, I am planning to buy a new gaming computer and i want the help of the pro's here. Anyway, after a day of searching and getting updates on technology, (cause i haven't checked computer parts for 2 years) i came up with this :

Case: Thermaltake V4 Black Edition
Mother Board: Asrock Z68 Pro3
Proccesor: Intel Core i5-2400
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 460 1GB FPB
Power Supply: Lamtech 700w psu
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600 Kit (2x4GB, PC3-12800, 9-9-9-24)
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 750GB
And an optical drive : LG GH22NS50

Do all these parts work together?
What does the system lack and can you suggest another product?
Are the specs high enough to run crysis, gta IV etc. in max graphics (1920?1080)?
Can i overclock?
This hole system came up with just 640 euros (820$)

Additional Comments: I would like a pc that can withstand 8-10 hrs of gaming (terra,guild wars 2, BF3 are coming), runs smooth on full graphics and doesn't sound like an airplane.

I think you should check it here.

If you really can't get the 6950, I'd get the 6850. It's better for more or less the same price of the 550ti.

Sorry, I don't knw any sites at all that ship to greece.

Maybe someone can help you out.

It's up to you. The ram i listed is better thogh but it'' still work.

ok, i couldn't find g.skill memory can you chose another memory from here ?
also the antec psu is very expensive here... 100 euros (134$) can you check here ?
About the mobo, your link takes me to a gigabyte card. Can i get that instead cause im trying to drop the price a bit

Yes you can get iy now and install while building your system, or justbuy it when you've decided to oc.
