Would it be a good decision to wait till Sept to get a GFX CARD because the new generation of GFX cards might be released?

You can always wait for the next best thing, but right around the corner is the next next best thing.

I say get it now if you can pay cash for it.

i think if you get a vid card that is capable of playing crysis 2 at full detail with dx11 patch, you will be set for quite a while. I dont see any game coming out that would require more than that until next year.

The next generation of 28nm cards are not due out untill Xmas, or perhaps even next year early.

If you need one now, get it. If you find you need something stronger later, just sell it, and get the next best thing.

If your target date is September, wait, you will then have a better idea of when actual launch dates are.
At that time, consider a EVGA card with their 90 day trade op polisy.
