Motherboard Temp -4C ??

Hi guys

I have recently tried to overclock my Phenom 965 BE on my ASRock 970 Extreme 3 motherboard.

I managed to get it to 3.8Ghz (x19) at 1.V

However i noticed the clock rate fluctuates from time to time on CPU-Z sometimes even dropping from 3.8 to 2Ghz then back up to 3.8 again even though I haven't noticed any instability

So decided to check the Temps on speedfan. Which CPU seemed fine however is claiming my motherboard is at -4c

Before overclocking it was around 32c

Any Ideas?
