My PC Specs are:
Intel Core i3 540 3.06 GHz
Corsair AX850 Watts Power Supply
Kingston DDR3 RAM 2GB
Seagate Barracuda 500 GB HDD
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
Resolution:1366*768 19 inch Monitor ViewSonic
Which Graphic Card is suitable for my Computer ?
I want to Buy Nvidia GTX 465/460 so will it be good enough to Play Crysis 2,GTA4 and Mafia 2 on this PC Configuration?

Yes....but you might want to upgrade to 4 gb of RAM....and you can get a GTX 470 for about 25- 30 dollars more than the 465.....

never buy the 465, it's junk, that's why it was quickly replaced with with the new architecture of the 460. Yes, ironically, the 460 is an upgrade, despite it's nomenclature. I would go 560 ti. Newer tech, but you didn't post a budget or a target resolution.
