3450 i-5 board with IDE?

I am building a new machine but using some old HD's as well, and was wondering if there are any boards that will take 16GB of RAM, for a 3450 but have IDE slots (and SATA) for the older HD.

None of the new intel chipset support IDE connection that I know of, but you can get an External hard drive Enclosures with internal IDE connection.
