A lot of things can cause a BSOD. It would be helpful if you can get the stop error number. With that we can tell you exactly where the error is coming from.

Since you just built it then either a driver problem or hardware incompatibly maybe?

0x0000007e

The first is caused by kernel driver error. The second and third is from memory errors. If you type in "Windows stop error (insert error code)" into google you can see what each error is. I think it's coming from Ram problems.

Try booting with one ram stick at a time and see what happens. If its a bad ram stick you can figure out which one it is and replace it.

I still think it is a memory problem. I would look at your motherboards memory compatibility list and try new ram sticks.

@Forgot to say that when I played in service ,because the guy didnt know what is bad with computer and he asked me to play for some hours at his service and no blue screen popped out. He said he turned on lots of tests and there was no blue screen. Maybe he turned up tests for graphic card and processor but not for RAM ?

I think you were right its RAM problem. I did like you said and it worked i have like 22h of running computer and nothing bad happened. Thank you for help , mate :)
