P.S: This is my first build and I welcome any advice/suggestions for these parts. Should I get a different video card or is suitable for my gaming pleasures?

I'm not quite sure that a hexa-core would be put to the best use in gaming build. Unless you do a lot of multitasking an 1100T would be a bit wasteful. You would likely get the same performance whilst using a 955/965.

Hey just a suggestion: If you would edit and post the links using the "Insert URL" button (the one with the chain link pic on it) it would be much easier for us to use the links and could probably help you save some money by suggesting any deals and such (if there are any)!

Buy A phenom 2 x4 955 black edition, instead of the hexacore, and spend the money on a HD6950 2 gb instead

won't cost you any more money, but give such much more gaming performance.
