AMD ATHLON XP-M AHN2800BIX2AX 1.6GHz 2800+ Socket 754 Problems

I have an AMD ATHLON XP-M AHN2800BIX2AX 1.6GHz 2800+ CPU Socket 754, and I put this 'Mobile" CPU in my desktop, and it starts to boot showing the RAM stats and shuts off again. Is there anything I can do in the BIOS menu to fix this happening? (I have a CPU that gets the computer to boot)

Update the bios to one which supports it (If one even exists)

Nothing you can do now but change motherboard or select a supported cpu from the list.
