AMD 1100T only get 5 cores open?

Does anyone know if there is an issue with the AMD 1100t processer failing to open all 6 cores? I hade all cores open and running for 6 months or so then one day it only showwed 5. I'm running the processer at stock settings. do I have a bad processer ?
