Asus P8Z77-V DELUXE without Q-Shield

Hi Guys,

I ordered the Asus P8Z77-V DELUXE Motherboard not long ago and it came without the Q-Shield. I contacted both ASUS and the retailer but both refer me back to one another. I don't mind if I have to buy it but I can't find anywhere I can purchase it from.

Can you help?
