  3. Typing in caps is not allowed here because it's used by people to mean shouting and you've come here for help and out responses are to help you in what you need.
I gave you three motherboards for you to look at and consider , your the one buying the MB so it's your decision.
So if you want help here please do not continue to type in caps.
The Asus board is probably the better of the three but the reason I listed those three is because they are fro different manufacturers and have similar spec's for around the same price. So that if you had a preference of a certian brand you would be able to choose that brand.
The hyper 212 evo will fit in your CM case and will not cover a pci-e slot.
  4. All three of those will fit in the CM Elite 431 Plus.

I think the ASRock Z68 Extreme4 is the best of the three.

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus (Model RR-B10-212P-G1) CPU cooler will also fit.

  7. The ASUS P8P67 is discontinued but if you can get one it is a good overclocker.
  8. kk thnx but i heard some bad things abt asus z68
  9. I think that the ASUS P8P67 motherboards had a worse quality control problem than the ASUS P8Z68 motherboards.

It may be but when overclocking you also want to have good video also and the Z-68 boards are the best for both so that's why theu are recomended more.
People who want to overclock generally do it for gaming purposes and with gaming the most important part is the video card so you want to be able to have both the cpu and video card either overclocked or in SLI/Crossfire.
