I don't think that has been confirmed, however since Nintendo has said they
want to produce a less expensive ( ..may be read as 'cut-rate kiddie toy' -
ok, there's just a tiny bit of frustration there..), chances are they will
not include one. I am disappointed at their decision to settle for being in
their own words an 'and' console rather than a 'or' console ( a.k.a. -
primary...) but I am relatively certain I will buy one regardless since I
will want some of the Nintendo only titles.

In any case, it's not cheap it's expensive.

Like I said before. Businesses cut deals that allows them to buy a ton
of things very cheaply. Just because one company released a card to the
public that costs $250, doesn't mean that Nintendo couldn't get them for
$2 a chip at a million allotments at a time. They will make more from
Nintendo at a cheaper price over a 5+ year period than some random
customers who want everything. You have to learn more about business
economics to see the differences.
