I have almost chose all parts of my new baby. :D

MOBO:GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3H-B3

CPU: Intel i5 2500k

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X 8GB

HDD: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB

GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 560 GV-N56GOC-1GI or ASUS ENGTX560 DC/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 560 or MSI GeForce GTX560 (plz share your opinions to help me chose)

Case: Thermaltake V4 Black Edition

PSU: I don't want a really powerfull psu, I just want all these to work perfectly. Suggestions? Note: all these plus 5 120mm fans :D

And some questions: Does this build lack anything? I've seen cheaper z68 mobo's, can you suggest a cheaper one (that supports all these parts)? Is this case a good choice for this build or you suggest another one?

Thanks in advance for any help.

For PSU I recomment Antec or Corsair. The 560 and 560Ti do not require a lot of power so you can save some money by going with a 650W or something less. I would go with 750 at the most if you ever wanted to upgrade. But by the time you upgrade you will need a new PSU.

wow obsidian, 520 watts will be enough?
September 16, 2011 4:43:01 PM

yeah 500 odd watts is more then enough even if you go up to a single gtx 570/amd 6970

650 watts will run gtx 560 sli

750 is enough for gtx 570 sli

all gtx 560's are bout the same

these are all better then the gtx 560

amd 6870
gtx 560 TI
amd 6950 1gb
amd 6950 2 gb
gtx 570
amd 6970 2gb

but my pick will be between the

gtx 560 Ti or 6950 2gb

the gtx 560 ti is a very good card runs great till 1920x1080 more then enough for most people

the 6950 is on par with the gtx 560 till you go higher res then 1920 x 1080 or run more then 1 monitor which favours the greater vram on the 6950 over the gtx 560 TI
