Asus sbertooth z77 motherboard...errors when I install AI suite II...errors= can

When I install AI suite II on my machine running windows 7 Pro and my new Asus Sabertooth z77 motherboard, I get the following errors when I boot the machine. Can't open AsIO.sys!!(2) & Pe updater has stopped working. Any ideas?

Are you using AI Suite II V2.00.04 or some earlier version?

If you're using an earlier version just download the latest version and install that.
