I have built what I feel is a great system. My question is, how do I know if I have set the bios up optimally or tweaked my OS to the max?
Basically how do I know if everything is running as good as possible?

I double check lots of settings, google the things I don't understand, benchmarks are usually gaming-centric.

That part I get, it passes just fine.

I'm asking about like making it faster, system tweaks, OS tweaks, Bios settings. Making sure I'm getting my moneys worth.
Something like the windows experience index, But something more meaningful. Or like the old pcpitstop that would scan your system and suggest changes.
that way I can compare settings and scores or compare with comparable systems.
