Need a little Help with drivers please

So i just finished my dads cpu everything is working great here are the specs:

Windows 7
Amd 955 be quadcore
Asus Mobo
HD 6850 asus vid card
corsair force 3 120gb ssd
Coolermaster Haf case
asus dvd burner
8gb pny 1600 ram

I tried to download the drivers but had to go to work and couldnt finish, is there anyway i can check all my drivers? or redowload them all so i know im up to date? thanks for your help

did the update no triangles. Can i install new drivers over old ones? or do i have to find and delete them all and install new up to date ones?

Hello sneeks83;

Windows 7 update will find any new drivers for you along with OS updates.
If you want to check an individual device the Device Manager will let you check for updates as well.

It's not necessary (or a good idea) to delete drivers prior to installing a new one. Just install the new version which will replace the old one on next bootup.
