I need a solid z77 that can get the job done for 100$

I have 140$ to spend on a motherboard and Ram. I was going to do this board: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... (ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA) But it seems the free 8g ram is no longer a thing. What could you guys reccomend? Thanks. ![:D]( ":D")

This MB is going for $95 on Newegg and if your just going with a single video card then you could consider this one along with the others.
If you have intentions of a second video card then it's going to be more diffacult to find a MB under $100 , unless you hit a combo deal or rebate.
