Hello,
I am new to upgrading computers so I figured RAM would be a fun and easy way to start. So, I inserted a new stick of RAM and it wasnt recognized when I booted up. I even switched the places of the old and new, still only one was recognized
Laptop:
i5 Cpu 2.3ghz
4gb DDR3 RAM
Win7 64 bit
The stick of RAM i bought was the same make and model of my old RAM. I dont think this means anything, but I did a diagnostic of my specs and it said for my original ram stick the speed was 667 (667x2=1337)
