I need Graphics card for
Asus P5KPL-AM/PS mother board with
2 GB DDR2 RAM and
dUAL CORE 2.6 GHZ PROCESSOR

gddr3 or gddr4 or gddr5 they will work on your mobo unless it has PCIE 16x gddr are the memory ram of gpu they not connect with mobo or cpu so it will work.

the motherboard which you are using has pcie 1.0 slot so it is better to go for a pcie 2.0 card and stay away from 2.1 cards

gts 450 will be a good choice for you others will be bottlenecked by your cpu which is a dual core pentium(assuming since you wrote dual core 2.6GHZ) not even a core 2 duo...
